ChatBotRPG Analysis - Reorganized Structure

Reorganization Date: 2026-01-21 Status: Complete Purpose: Unified all ChatBotRPG documentation into a single coherent structure

Problem: ChatBotRPG documentation was split across two separate locations, making it confusing to navigate between Discord discussions and actual code implementations.

Migration Notes

  3. Master index updated: The main 00-MASTER-INDEX.md file now points to the new unified structure.
